The winner will be chosen by our panel and will receive the award, gift card and a special gift in appreciation for their compassion and kindness. Entries must be received by 12:00 noon August 15, 2024.

Rules: The nominee MUST reside in either Jefferson, Clearfield, or Forest County, Pennsylvania. Both nominee and nominator agree to publication of their name, city of residence, and reason for the nomination, both on online and in the local newspapers. Nominees must be over 18 years of age. MissionOfKindness.org, its affiliates and volunteers will not be held responsible for lost, late or unaccepted nominations, offense or any unforeseen damages resulting from this award.
